Member Relations Committee
The Member Relations Committee shall investigate, create, monitor, enhance and maintain all member services and membership related activities.
Responsibilities of Committee:
- Investigate the use and effectiveness of all member services for enhancement, replacement, or elimination.
- Gather vital data from current and potential members as to desired services:
- Design and create implementation of new services
- Monitor effectiveness of new member services
- Completion of all Progress Monitoring activities associated with Member Relations
Access to Capital Committee
The Access to Capital Committee shall be the adjudicator of all applications under any and all loan and micro‐loan programs existing or heretofore established by The National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development.
Responsibilities of Committee:
- Develop all program elements
- Review all viable loan applications for the micro-loan program(s).
- Approve loan applications for micro-loan program(s).
- Approve monthly and annual budgets of the micro-loan program(s).
- Monitor financial health of previously approved loans.
Trade and Economic Development Committee
The Trade and Economic Development Committee shall direct and provide guidance for The Center’s Trade and Economic Development strategies.
Responsibilities of Committee:
- Provide input, feedback, and data to the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer/President regarding trade and Economic Development opportunities.
- Investigate future and greater trade and economic development opportunities.
- Monitor and track the progress of the Office of Trade and Economic Development.
- Complete all Progress Monitoring activities related to the Office of Trade and Economic Development.
Strategic Initiatives Committee
The Strategic Initiatives Committee shall investigate, analyze and recommend future initiatives for the National Center to pursue.
Responsibilities of Committee:
- Investigate future opportunities for the expansion of the National Center’s programs and membership services.
- Scrutinize all possible opportunities for their correspondence to the vision and mission of the National Center.
- Selection of key, vetted opportunities for the National center to pursue that are in line with its current vision, mission, and goals.
- Completion of all Progress Monitoring Activities associated with the pursuit of Strategic Initiatives.
